• At least 1 shareholder, 1 director and 1 company secretary;
• All shareholders / directors must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID or passport (no matter the nationality);
• If a corporate is a shareholder / director, a business registration certificate must be provided. The director's written resolution must be passed to recognize the corporate to acquire shares / be appointed as a director of the company and authorize one of the corporate’s director to sign the company document. In addition, a copy of the ID card and address proof of the authorized director must be provided;
• If you are an individual company secretary, you must provide a Hong Kong residence address; if you are a corporate body, you must have a license, registered office or place of business in Hong Kong;
• Provide Hong Kong company registered address;
• Pay government fees on behalf of clients

Liquidation Services

In addition, we can also register overseas companies for clients. Clients can choose the British Virgin Islands (B.V.I.), the Cayman Islands or the Bermuda Islands as the registration place for overseas companies.
